Over Hyping Technique of Networker

Over Hyping Technique of Networker

What is Over Hyping?

Answer: It is exaggeratedly promoting a product, service or idea or sa networking tinatawag na sobrang pambabaliw sa prospects.

Power dito! Payaman! Laway lang ang puhunan, 2 to 3 hours lang per day tapos after a week, ayan na, Cheke-cheke na!”

 Another one. . .

“Ay, power talaga dito guys! Sinong mga first timers? POWER!!

 And another one. . .

Hyping or pambabaliw is a very common strategy na ginagawa ng mga Networkers nowadays.

I just want to share my thoughts about unethical practices of some networkers.”

If you are a first timer in this kind of environment at kung makarinig ka ng mga ganung istorya, I’m sure na “mababaliw” ka talaga. Kasi yung nagtatalk totally walang-wala or mahirap, then in a matter of months, kumikita na ng malaki, and now driving his own car,in which mahirap ma-attain kung nasa normal na pag-eempleyo ka lang. Many of them truly able to achieve those in a very short period of time, but some of them didn’t shared the whole story behind their super quick success and worse some of them are just making lies to attract people to join in their opportunity which is very unethical.
Some forgot to tell you that. . .

The speakers (usually the top earners) have been to Networking business  for more than a year and been to several Networking companies. It means that they already have the experience, skills, and knowledge needed in order to succeed in that business. They already have established contacts and followers (could be their uplines, downlines, or crosslines from their previous companies) na willing sumama sa kanila or tiwala na sa kanila kahit saan mang kumpanya man sila mag-join, kaya madali na lang sila nakapag buo ng team at downline organization. Kaya mabilis silang kumita ng malaki.

 or

They forgot to tell you that galing na pala sila sa isang kumpanya na nagsara or nagkaproblema at sinalpak nila yung kanilang existing team in this new company, which is the reason of the fast growth of their organization, as well as their pay-out checks.

 or

Ginamitan nila ng KAMADA SYSTEM  (one owner more than 7 accounts), kaya anglalaki ng cheke nila linggo-linggo.

or worse

As you can see this kind of strategy is very common to hype prospects to join the opportunity. For me these practices are very unethical because what the prospects know is just the half of the story.

Even if your prospect doesn’t know the whole story, they will join because of false hopes, promises and false expectations at yan yung sumisira sa networking industry

 Bakit?

Kasi aakalain nila na ang Networking ay “walk in the park” meaning madali lang gawin, that everyone can do it very easy and earn big money in a short period of time. They don’t know that Network Marketing requires a lot of work and dedication to become successful. Akala nila ang kailangan lang nila na mapa-join is dalawang tao lang which a big mistake! This is the biggest reason the retension rate in Networking is very low. The prospect joins because of the lies and after they’ve join, they will realize the truth that Networking is tough and what their uplines said was not true.

They will tell them to do things like invest their remaining savings, borrow money, even sell their belongings “the B.U.S.H. system” just to raise the capital needed. Ang focus nila is magpa-payin ng magpa-payin, chumeke ng chumeke… instead of helping them in making the right decision.

kalungkot talaga pakinggan. . .

Whatever field you are in please be professional. Instead of using lies to hype just tell the truth tell them how you really earn and let them decide.

Let’s
protect the industry. Let’s rebuild its credibility
